Order Confirmation
You will receive immediate confirmation by email upon ordering and usually within 3 working days after payment we will process your order. Delays may vary without notice.
Product Purpose
We make our products available for the sole intention of educating consumers to the ethnographic and botanical value and interest of said products. Our products are not intended for human or animal consumption or cosmetic use and we assume no responsibility for individual usage. We maintain stringent standards in identifying and sourcing the highest quality products from the purest sources, however we cannot guarantee the outcomes in regards to consumer usage. Nature based products vary, and we have no control over the eventual outcome. We do not assume any responsibility for results of experimentation and usage.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders that are postmarked and leave our facility are no longer the responsibility of themadhoney.com. We have no control over items once they are in possession of the Postal Services such as USPS, DHL, UPS, Fedex, Pocztex or Asendia. If you have issues with shipping after products have left the Fulfillment Center that issue needs to be addressed between the buyer and the Postal Service directly.
Themadhoney.net offers free express delivery in most regions. Dispatch within 3 business days after the payment is received though it can be an additional delay during busy periods or if the address requires a translation or verification.
Delivery Time
Please refer to the map below for an estimation of the approximate shipping times. Schedules are based on delivery times to capital cities - please allow extra time for delivery to regional and remote areas.

Delivery around 10 to 18 business days depending on the region with an average of 10 days within the US and 12 days worldwide. Some region like Australia and Saudi Arabia can take up to 60 days.
If your items are in stock, we will deliver them to you as soon as we can. In the case of pre-orders, we will deliver the products to you as soon as they are in stock. However we cannot guarantee exact dates due to various customs and/or mail service delays that may occur and due to the fact that we ship worldwide.
Due to restrictions and war situation we are currently unable to ship themadhoney.net products to Ukraine, Israel and Russia and delivery to India, Philippines and New Zealand are at your own risk (customs restrictions) - might be subject to changes.
Packaging and Labeling
Themadhoney.net products are exclusively packed and shipped in a sealed glass jar. Our products are packed with great care in our own facilities and placed in a cardboard tube for maximum protection.
Customs, taxes and import regulations
Customs and import regulations vary widely between countries. Unfortunately, it's not possible for us to be aware of all of the regulations specific to any given country. Where we are aware of any particular import restrictions, we endeavor to make note of this on the product detail page.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to be informed and aware of the particular rules and regulations, as to the restrictions of food, natural or animal based products in his particular country. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are seized, returned or destroyed, due to customs regulations or illegalities. Ultimately it is the buyer’s responsibility to apply to import permits when required. We accept no liability for the refund/replacement of any goods or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Office or other government body.
Likewise any import duty or tax payable on your order is your responsibility and is beyond our control. If an order is returned to us by your countries import authorities in resalable condition, we'll refund you the value of the order less any postage costs incurred to us. We can't provide a refund until we've received the products back. We recommend you contact your local Customs Office for further information on import regulations in your country if you have any concerns prior to finalize your order.

In some other situations we can also ship from other countries. During the check-out process you will be notified of the shipping fees, if applicable. We ship Express with Pocztex or CTT (tracking number) and for orders over $500 with DHL, UPS, or DPD. Themadhoney.net reserves the right to cancel an order if the courier agent cannot provide the delivery to your destination. If you require special shipping or any other options you must contact us by email prior to finalizing your payment. We can then review the options.
When ordering customers are responsible for entering their correct address. The Mad Honey cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses or any changes requested by the customer after the order has been dispatched.
Return and Refund Policy
All sales are final, although we strive to find a mutually acceptable solution when issues arise. Returns and refunds are managed on a case-by-case basis, so depending on the circumstances they can take a variable amount of time to process.
We offer a 7 days money return policy on all orders. After receiving the shipment (signature date of waybill as a proof) the buyer has to contact us within 7 days. Refunds will be given as money back or replacement. The money back does not include any S&H fees.
As an example, for an order of 50g Mad Honey at $59, the buyer will receive the total paid $59 - $8 = 51USD and for an order of 200g Mad Honey at $164, the buyer will receive the total paid $164 - $12 = 152USD.
When applicable, the return shipping costs will be integrally paid by the buyer.
To be eligible for a 7 days money back, it is mandatory that the item is returned in its original packaging and in its unopened condition in order to receive a refund. If the jar has been opened (broken seal) and/or the Honey has been consumed (partially or fully) the refund request is not eligible. If the products go bad whilst in transit and diminishing their value, in such cases, we will evaluate refunds on a case-by-case basis, but we cannot fully refund these returned orders. All refunds will be paid within 14 days after receiving the items back in our facilities in Nepal or the agreed delivery address. All shipping costs for returned orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you decide you want to cancel your order once it has been shipped, you may refuse it upon delivery. If you have already received your package, do NOT ship it back until we have communicated instructions as to if and how you may do so. In principal, all sales are final, although we strive to find a mutually acceptable solution when issues arise.
If the order is not returned to us, you will not be eligible for a refund or re-delivery.
Returned Orders
A fee will apply if, for any reason beyond our control (like providing a wrong or mistaken shipping address), a shipment is returned to us and you would like it to be re-shipped. The regular fee is $8 but the value can varies upon the order. We kindly request our client to pay the additional $8 so the parcel can be re-shipped.

Shipment Tracking
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This number will allow you to follow the shipping status of your order. Upon arrival a signature will be required. Tracking of your package with the required signature means your securely shipped goods will be delivered to the right person. It is your responsibility to track your package once it has been shipped. We cannot be held responsible for the courier process. All shipping part is out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for issues with your delivery.
Please note, we will not be able to amend a delivery address once the order has been placed.
All orders that are postmarked and leave our facility are no longer the responsibility of themadhoney.net. We have no control over items once they are in possession of the courier (DHL, USPS, Pocztex, or any other post service). If you have issues with shipping after products have left our fulfillment center that issue needs to be addressed between the buyer and the Courier Service directly.
Damaged products
We take great care when we pack our products and in preparing the order for shipping so it arrives in top condition. However if the product has flowed or been damaged during the transportation and the client wants to return his order, it is mandatory to open and check the parcel in presence of the courier, fill a return form and give the parcel back to the courier. Then please send us your claim with a description / photos of the faulty jar. We'll need to receive the jar back to us unopened, unused and unconsumed, in the original packaging. If the Honey has been consumed (partially or fully) the refund request is not eligible. As per the buyer's convenience, we will be happy to offer a store credit, exchange or refund on this item purchased from themadhoney.net.
The buyer has to contact us within 7 days. Refunds will be given as money back or replacement. The refund does not include any shipping cost and handling fees that occurred to us.
All shipping costs for returned orders are the responsibility of the buyer and will be integrally paid by the buyer.
All refunds will be paid within 14 days after receiving the items back in our facilities in Nepal or to the address instructed by themadhoney.net.
EXTORTION POLICY
Review extortion
Reviews are a way for The Mad Honey and hosts to share their experiences with the community. Any attempt to use reviews or review responses to force us to do something we are not obligated to do is a misuse of reviews, which is strictly prohibited and a federal crime.
