Our Himalayan Honey is exclusively sourced from the Himalayan (Nepal) mountains and is harvested in the Lamjung region by the Gurung Tribesmen.

    Physical Consistency: Due to its high concentration of fructose, Himalayan Honey crystallizes slowly and will remain runny for a long period of time. 

    Our Himalayan Honey has been harvested during the spring/summer season and has a less thick consistency and despite its watery texture, our honey is guaranteed 100% pure and unprocessed. It is also absolutely normal to have a popping sound and some bubbles on the top when you open the sealed jar, light fermentation is part of the natural process - please stir and mix well before any usage.
