Flavor Profile: Unique and bold aroma with a complex, mysterious taste. Mildly sweet with spicy undertones and a slightly bitter finish.
Texture & Consistency: Harvested early to mid-summer, our Limited Reserve has a naturally runny and watery texture due to high fructose content. Occasional popping sounds or bubbles on top are normal, light fermentation is part of the natural process. Stir well before use. 100% pure Himalayan Wild Honey, with no additives or fillers.
