📢 HARVEST 2024 - All orders will be processed as soon as possible and are shipped out in bulk from Kathmandu, Nepal to our European Fulfillment Centers and then re-dispatched to your country by Air Freight. Usual dispatch from our European Fulfillment Centers within 3 business days, with an average delivery expected within 14 days after. Please be assured that every effort is made to complete and ship your order promptly.
You will receive an email confirming the dispatch with your tracking information as soon as the order ships out (please check your spam folder to avoid missing the message).
🎁 All orders are packed and shipped discreetly with the obligatory information such as name, shipping and return address on the outside.
🚀 We offer free shipping on all orders from our European Fulfillment Centers: CTT Registered International or Pocztex Express - average delivery time is 7 to 21 days but can variate depend on postal flows. CTT and Pocztex are EU national post companies, reliable and solid partners who inside and outside Europe will hand over your order to the national postal company of your country like USPS, Canada Post, Japan Post, Australia Post or Royal Mail.

✌ Our Mad Honey is exported in bulk from Nepal to our Fulfillment Centers located in Europe (Poland and Portugal). This is the way to assure our clients that our jars comply with European and USA regulations and facilitate the customs clearance procedure.
✌ To preserve the maximum of its properties, our Mad Honey is bottled and labeled in our facilities according to HACCP regulation, usually once per month so you always receive a fresh Mad Honey!
✌ There is a tracking number and link available for all parcels, but once we have handed over your parcel to the courier agent, we do not have control over the shipping process. Some courier services may not offer a fully tracked option and your parcel can display remaining in a fixed location. This does NOT mean your parcel is stuck in transit, be assured it is still on its way and will reach you later or sooner!
